EX-OFFICIAL: FLINT WATER PLANT PLAGUED BY PROBLEMS

Michael Glasgow testified for the second day in 67th District Court that the Flint water treatment plant did not have the ability to use phosphate coating to keep the pipes from rusting and the water clean. His testimony was peppered with complicated terminology about the lack of corrosion controls and how Michigan Department of Quality officials didn’t help stop the plant from running when clear warning signs were present. Read more at The Detroit News
