Multipure to Aid Roy Maas Youth Alternatives
Multipure’s Pure Foundation to Provide Clean Water to Needy Children.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) January 11, 2013
This January, Multipure’s Founders, Executives, and Distributors will provide much-needed charitable assistance to the children of Roy Maas Youth Alternatives’ (RMYA) MeadowLand Ranch in San Antonio, Texas.
Through Multipure’s Pure Foundation, the volunteers from Multipure will distribute and install up to 35 Multipure drinking water systems at RMYA’s 40-acre MeadowLand Ranch, a foster and recovery center for abused and neglected children. By providing clean water to the children of RMYA, Multipure hopes to improve their physical and mental health. In addition, by providing better water right at the tap, Multipure seeks to enable RMYA to move away from costly bottled water and allow them to use those funds elsewhere. Jennifer Rice, the founder and President of Multipure’s Pure Foundation, is proud of the Pure Foundation’s progress and its ability to provide aid outside of Multipure’s home state of Nevada. “Roy Maas Youth Alternatives is an inspiring organization, and I’m moved by their efforts and by these children that deserve our help and our support. It is not an easy task for our fledgling foundation to provide direct aid away from our home, but this is a worthwhile undertaking and we can make a true difference and have a powerful impact on these children’s lives. My father taught me that the things that you work hardest for in life are the things you are often most proud of.”
Multipure’s Vice President of Network Marketing, Regina M. Noriega, states, “Although Multipure’s Pure Foundation has provided indirect aid through partnerships with charitable organizations, and direct aid to people in the Las Vegas area, this will be the first time we’ve gone to another state to directly provision and install Multipure drinking water systems. Jennifer is the spirit and the drive for the Pure Foundation, and she is definitely spreading the organization’s wings through this effort. Multipure stands out as one of the very few Network Marketing companies to do this kind of direct charitable assistance.”
Roy Maas Youth Alternatives is a charitable organization that provides shelter and care for well over a hundred children – and counseling for thousands more – whose lives have been scarred by abuse, parental desertion, family strain, or emotional turmoil. To address the varying needs of children today, RMYA provides a wide continuum of exceptional programs and services. The RMYA San Antonio Campus includes the administrative office, thrift shop, “The Bridge” emergency shelter, RMYA counseling center, and TurningPoint Independent Living Program for adults. RMYA’s MeadowLand Campus consists of long-term facilities, including the Meadows Residential Treatment Center for children with more serious emotional and behavioral issues, Girlsville and the Junction, basic group home settings, and the MeadowLand Charter School which serves at-risk students in grades 7 – 12.
The creation of Multipure’s Pure Foundation was announced during Multipure’s Pure Convention on February 24, 2012. The Pure Foundation offers field trips and visits to schools to provide education on drinking water issues and water filtration technology, as well as direct assistance to organizations that care for children. Multipure’s Pure Foundation has provided aid to St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, and is a contributor to Wishing Well International Foundation.
